Which one? Is there time for some changes or is it time for all the changes? There is no different time for some events. There is only a (constant) time for all events.
Stopping the time is illusion. Time is always changing in line with the persistence of the presence of all events. Whatever happens and whatever our opinion about something then this is always a part of a state, but when we are experiencing something (within a state) then we perceive it’s looks like there are many circumstances.If you think can stop time, it takes another time (moments) to maintain your perception about “time stop – there is no time”. Yes ! There is only constant time as a single time for anything. There is no the past, there is only this time. If we consider travel to the past, actually we are still living in this present time (with the condition looks like the past)
